Thursday 9 October - Friday 10 October: Conference of the International Association of Dangerous Goods and Containers - IADGC, Hall 6 Congress Hall TRANSTEC 2008 CONFERENCE PAPERS Conference Papers are scheduled from major leading Russian industries and administrations including the City Parliament of St. Petersburg ( for legislation for port development in St. Petersburg), Primorsk oil port, Novoroslesexport timber port (Novorossiysk), Financial Transport Consulting Co, Moscow(for the creation of the free economic zones in Russian ports), Baltkran (as Russian representative of the international Ports Equipment Manufacturers Association PEMA), Oslo-Marine Group (owners of Vyborg sea port and several terminals in St. Petersburg port), Embassy of Iceland, Murmansk Transport Centre and Port, Arkhangelsk sea port. Key-note presentations are also expected by the State Federal Service for Sea and River Transport of the Ministry of Transport of Russia, the Commission for the National Maritime Policy of the Russian Parliament, Ust-Luga Port and the Sea-port of St. Petersburg.
