WHARFAGE/CARGO DUES

These dues are payable on discharge or loading of vessels at anchor, at an alongside berth, or when vessels are double banked or bunkering vessels in the Harbour (Overside Dues).

The following are indicative rates but discounted rates are available depending on volume and frequency.

(i) Dry Bulk Cargoes £0.62 per tonne, or part thereof.

(Bagged or in Bulk)

(ii) Packaged Timber £0.48 per m³, or part thereof

(Slung or unslung)

(iii) Palletised Goods £1.80 per pallet, or part thereof.

(including fresh produce)

(iv) Aggregates (Marine and Land) £0.54 per tonne, or part thereof.

(v) 20ft ISO Container £8.00 per empty container,

£15.00 per loaded container

(vi) 40ft ISO Container £12.00 per empty container,

£20.00 per loaded container.

(vii) Motor Cars £1.50 per car.

(viii) Caravans £1.50 per Caravan.

(ix) Empty Trailers (up to 13.5m length) £1.80 per trailer.

(x) Motor Cycles £0.80 per Motor Cycle.

(xi) Coaches £20.00 per coach.

(xii) Part loaded or loaded freight unit £19.00 per unit/vehicle

or vehicle

(xiii) Empty Freight unit or vehicle £2.00 per unit/vehicle.

(xiv) Liquid Bulk Cargoes £1.30 per tonne, or part thereof.

(xv) Bunker Fuel by Road Tanker £0.60 per tonne, or part thereof.

Minimum charge £15 per delivery.

(xvi) Fresh Fish and Shellfish £14.00 per tonne, or part thereof.

(xvii) General Cargo (up to 3m³/ tonne) £2.50 per tonne, or part thereof.

(xviii) General Cargo (3.1m³ to 5m³/ tonne) £4.00 per tonne, or part thereof.

(xix) General Cargo (over 5m³/ tonne) Price on application.

(xx) Heavy Lifts and Project Cargo Price on application.

(xxi) Ships Stores £2.95 per tonne, or part thereof.

(xxii) Ad Valorem Cargo 2.5% of landed value of goods,

minimum charge of £30.00.

(xxiii) Ammunition and Explosives £13.00 per tonne, or part thereof.

(xxiv) Iron and Steel £2.00 per tonne, or part thereof.

(xv) Machinery and Machinery Parts £5.00 per tonne, or part thereof.

(xxvi) Fruit Juice £4.00 per tonne, or part thereof.

(xxvii) Submarine Cable or equipment £2.50 per tonne or part thereof.

(xxviii)Car Parking £3.00 per car per day.

(xxix) Livestock Price on application.

(xxx) Stone (in block form) £2.50 per tonne or part thereof.
