Founded in 2002, Beijing SOJO Distribution Automation Equipment Co., Ltd is an individually-run, joint-stock and high-tech enterprise. It is located at Beijing Zhongguancun district. The strong research and development ability with effective cooperation with many Chinese leading research institutions, such as China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI), Tsinghua University, North China Electric Power University, and actively bringing in foreign advanced techniques, enables us to built a very strong brand image and gives us opportunities to establish a national industry standard for electric delivery equipments. After more than ten years of development, our products have been extended to seven main categories with over forty varieties, which basically cover all products used for electricity destitution networks. The new product development, as a speed of one or two new product development every year, keeps and improves our competitive advantages.
SOJO’s manufacturing base is located at Huairou district with a total area of 24,000 sqm where the plant and office area covers more than 12,000sqm. A grand opening ceremony was held in June 2007. The Tongzhou Manufacturing base of SOJO is specialized in producing all series of cable accessories. Moreover, the Miyun Manufacturing Base is mainly focused on the production of metal plates and various kinds of related equipments.
After several years of consistent commitment on new products and techniques development and generalization, SOJO have successfully developed a serious of advanced and own property right products with unique features. By the combination of adopting advanced techniques internationally and striving to develop self-owned property right products, SOJO has built a comprehensive production development system including the design of power distribution grid, the design of distribution automation system, the development and production of distribution automation equipment and after sale service system, which enables us to offer our customers from product selection, product design, product manufacturing to after sales services.
At present, SOJO has owned seven categories of products and won an international invention patent, two national invention patents and a patent for five utility model technologies. The company’s outdoor ring main units and GPRS distribution monitoring systems are in the leading position of domestic market. Moreover, solid insulation ring main units are initiated by SOJO domestically, which have been listed into several national support projects including 《National new product development》,《Beijing Torch Project》etc. By continuing being the market leader, SOJO will keep its steps on products and techniques renewing and development under the national guideline of safety standards and environmental protection.
The research and development department are applying for being appointed as municipal studies center in Beijing. Our future five years’ objective is to increase our sales value by 5 percent annually, and by the end of 2011, the annual sales value reach 450 million in Chinese Yuan, moreover, we will strive to list our company in stock market and improve the sustainable abilities by introducing new technologies and management methods.
The quality control committee mainly consisted by senior managers, has developed a complete quality control network and system; In accordance with market and product trend as well as feedbacks from customers, the committee regularly check and amend the business operation to best improve final product performances and qualities.
