Tianjin Huanyu Rubber and Plastic Products Mfg Corp is a supplier of rubber and plastic products for automotive OEMs, we have established a track record of working with well-known buyers. We can design and produce parts such as CV boots, shock absorbers and suspension systems parts and ignition cables for engines. Our manufacturing ability includes transfer, injection and compression molding. Metals used in production are cleaned and chemically prepared to insure high levels and consistent rubber-to-metal bond strength.
Our 30-member Tianjin Huanyu Rubber and Plastic Products Mfg Corp design team has 10 years of experience in developing automobile parts and components. We also work with three research institutes in Beijing and Tianjin to release new designs. Turnaround for a new sample can be completed in as few as 15 days, depending on your OEM/ODM specifications. We can roll out up to 30 new designs each month.
We ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 right at the materials input stage. We source from DuPontTM, Mitsui, and SK. We also use equipment from Germany, Japan, and Italy for our production lines - including our molding and metal-processing facilities. Manufacturing is handled at our 15,000-square-meter plant
