The core promoter Mr. Ram Kotak hails from the well known Kotak family (Vasant Manilal Kotak Branch) who have been the owners of the largest group of companies in this specialized field of International Shipping and Logistics —J.M.Baxi & Company. After the demise of his father (Mr. Vasant Manilal Kotak), Mr. Ram Kotak set sail on his own and promoted several companies, each one specializing in a niche area of International Shipping and Logistics field.

Head quartered in Mumbai, the commercial capital of India, Cargoways has an all India network, offering all the required services to its principals and its customers. This is the “Hub and Spoke” concept. By outsourcing of specialized services on all India basis, Cargoways offers the most economical package to its principals and customers.
