Competence@ China Co., Ltd. is a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise and branch office of CPM(Consultant in Personnel Management) in Belgium. We have been active since May 2000 in the Chinese market using our HRM tools to measure and evaluate existing and potential management skills among Chinese, as well as Western employees. The goal of each measurement is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each individual and to come to an advice concerning recruitment, coaching, supporting, training, and career development.
