Dear Sir\Madam
We have the opportunity to provide a ferry service between Banjul and Barra in The Gambia. Coastal waters with possible distance of 30km between the two boarding points.
There is an established government based ferry service in place but aimed more for people and cars. Our target is commercial vehicles in particular trucks.
Need a ship that can lift a minimum of 26 to 60 trucks per trip.
Current crossing time is 45 minutes to one hour. We want to beat that time or match it.
We are looking to charter at good value for a prospective business.
Future scope - Having 3 fleet and also doing crossing between Dakar Senegsal and Banjul for passengers, cars and trucks.
