hello, we have a LCL arriving at Southampton UK 18th October B/L number CY13STH20907 vessel CMACGM HYDRA shipped by your company. The agent FMI in Southampton has sent us a notive of arrival and a invoice for £2715-00 - this I do not understand because the shipper Mr John Gong Anping Xiyuan Hardware Wire Mesh Co., Ltd. aggreed to pay the frieght pre-paid. £2715-00 to pay is a lot of money when the freight is supposed to be prepaid by Anping Xiyuan and we would normally pay round that amount if we were funding shipping from China. FMI state that additional costs have been added and charged to us what are these additional costs ? Thank you Ray Korona , Dahak International Limited (UK)
