In the event of delays in receiving these documents in our Mombasa office, all the additional Late Documentation Charges, Port Storage etc; will be for your account. Terms & Conditions: a./ Rates are based on current Mombasa port tariff, current fuel price in Kenya, Uganda,Rwanda,Zaire and presently applicable road tolls and border fees, which are subject to change with or without prior notice. In case of any rate escalation, our rates will be revised and new rates announced will supercede this quotation. b./ Goods are loaded subject to axle loads and gross vehicle weights as per the regulations of the relevant ministries in the transit countries. c./ At present K.P.A (Port Authority) grants 11 Days Free Storage for FCL Transit containers. Thereafter storage charges is applicable as per KPA tariff. d./ KPA grants 2 Days Free Storage for Out of Gauge containers. Thereafter storage charges is applicable as per KPA tariff. e./ KPA grants 15 Days Free Storage for transit break-bulk cargo from arrival of vessel. Thereafter storage charges at USD 1.50 per w/m per Day is applicable as per KPA tariff. f./ Clients are advised to insure their goods. No insurance on goods is provided by SKY DIVE unless requested in writing by client, and in this case SKY DIVE LOGISTICS acts as an agent only in securing the insurance cover. Transport Insurance Coverage is NOT included in this quotation. g./ All applicable Duties / Taxes and Levies at Destination to be paid directly by consignee to Uganda,Rwanda and Zaire Revenues Authorities . h./ New Levies, if any will be charged at cost. i./ Offloading at Destination is on account of Consignee. Truck detention charges at USD 250 per Semi Trailer per day will apply after 24 hrs from arrival at client’s premise in All the destinations for offloading.
