Fancheng International Transportation Service Co., Ltd., established in 1995, was a joint venture between Century Far East Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Eurasia Group, and China National Complete Plant Import & Export Co., Ltd., Shanghai Branch, with 50% equity each. In 2007, Eurasia Group acquired 50% of the shares owned by China National Complete Plant Import & Export Co., Ltd., Shanghai Branch and now Eurasia Group owns 100% of the shares of Fancheng International Transportation Co., Ltd. Fancheng offers a quality package service, including: international freight forwarding for ocean and air freight import and export, ocean and air combined transportation, international exhibits, personal effects; services cover: business canvassing, space booking, storage and warehousing, inland transit, container freight consolidation and deconsolidation, settlement of transportation expenses and charges, customs clearances, CCIB inspection, insurance agency, road haulage and accessory consultation services. Fancheng is a certificated NVOCC operator approved by PRC Ministry of Transportation, with Certification No. MOC-NV00138, and is able to handle import and export ocean shipments from/to ports of mainland China. The company is also a formal registered member of Shanghai International Shipping Exchange Centre, member of SIFFA and CIFFA. The company has established more than 20 branches all over China, along the major China container port cities, Yangtse River Delta area, and inland provinces.
