CIVARO International Limited, is a fully owned subsidiary of the Hayleys Group - (www.hayleys.com, established in 1878), categorized under its Transportation Arm.
Hayleys is a Sri Lankan based multinational conglomerate and a public quoted company. Hayleys accounts for 2.7% of Sri Lanka's export income, 2.2% of the GDP and 3.2% of the market capitalization on the Colombo stock exchange and also is rated AA (lka) by Fitch Ratings. Hayleys have internationally diversified businesses in Fibre, Hand Protection, Purification Activated carbon, Transportation, Agri products and Inputs, Plantations, Fabric, Consumer Products, Industry Inputs, Resorts, Power and Energy, Investments and Services.
Core services include: Ocean and Air Freight Services, Inter-Modal Transportation, Customs House Brokerage, Consolidation and De- Consolidation, Warehousing and Distribution, Packaging and Value Added Services (VAS), Insurance, Project Cargo Services, 3PL and 4PL services. CIVARO also owns over 400,000 square feet of state-of the art warehouse space with most modern software and owns a fleet of large trucks for inland haulage in the Indian Sub Continent (ISC).
