shareholder Deutsche Post World Net has completed acquisition of a British logis
tics company Exel plc in December, 2005. As a result a new joint division
?DHL Global Forwarding? was formed on the base of DHL Danzas Air & Ocean,
leader in airfreight and ocean freight, and Exel, leader in contract logistics and
freight forwarding. Upon the completion of the integration DHL Global
Forwarding becomes the market leader in the spheres of airfreight, ocean
freight and contract logistics.
We will take the best from both organizations, in order to serve you on an even
broader scale, reaching more destinations and offering a full range of supply
services.
We are looking forward to working with all of our valued customers to ensure
that we support business by now offering to you an even wider range of solu
tions, products and services. We would also like to ensure you that we will main

One of the remarkable achievements of our company in 2005 was opening of the
new office in Vladivostok. This step is connected with increase of extractive com
panies' investments into development of gold ore deposits in Far East. The full
range of services on delivery of equipment, spare parts and components by air
and ocean freight provided by DHL Global Forwarding ensures the mining and
oil and gas enterprises of Far East effective organization of their logistics
processes.
This year our company plans to open another one regional office in Tyumen. This
